Common use of Continuation of Lease: Reletting of Premises Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Lease: Reletting of Premises. If Landlord elects to continue this Lease in effect, then Tenant is liable for the Rent and other amounts due hereunder. If Landlord relets the Premises for the account of Tenant, then the amounts actually received by Landlord shall be credited to the amounts owed by Tenant under this Lease (including the amounts described in Section 14.03(a).
