CONTINUATION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Section 9.7, in the event that a Party exercises any right that results in the termination of some, but not all, of the Parties' rights and obligations under this Agreement, all non-terminated rights and obligations of the Parties shall continue in full force and effect.
