Common use of Continuation of Partnership Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Partnership Agreement. The Partnership Agreement and this Supplement shall be read together and shall have the same force and effect as if the provisions of the Partnership Agreement and this Supplement (including Exhibit I hereto) were contained in one document. Any provisions of the Partnership Agreement not amended by this Supplement shall remain in full force and effect as provided in the Partnership Agreement immediately prior to the date hereof.

Continuation of Partnership Agreement. The Partnership Agreement and this Supplement shall be read together and shall have the same force and effect as if the provisions of the Partnership Agreement and this Supplement (including Exhibit EXHIBIT I hereto) were contained in one document. The Existing Partnership Agreement and this Supplement shall be read together and shall have the same force and effect as if the provisions of the Existing Partnership Agreement and this Supplement (including Exhibit I hereto) were contained in one document. Any Except as expressly amended or supplemented by this Supplement, the provisions of the Existing Partnership Agreement not amended by this Supplement as in effect immediately prior to the execution hereof shall remain in full force and effect as provided in the Partnership Agreement immediately prior to the date hereofeffect.
