Common use of Continuation of Partnership Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Partnership. The Partners hereby continue the Partnership as a limited partnership pursuant to the provisions of the Act and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein to the contrary, the rights and obligations of the Partners and the administration and termination of the Partnership shall be governed by the Act. The Partnership Interest of each Partner shall be personal property for all purposes.

Continuation of Partnership. The Partners do hereby continue the Partnership as a limited general partnership pursuant to the provisions of under the Act and upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreementhereof. Except as expressly provided herein to the contraryherein, the rights and obligations of the Partners and the administration and termination of the Partnership shall be governed by as set forth in the Act. The Partnership Interest of each Partner shall be personal property for all purposes.

Continuation of Partnership. Except as expressly provided herein to the contrary, the rights and obligations of the Partners and the administration and termination of the Partnership shall be governed by the Act. The Partnership Interest of each Partner shall be personal property for all purposes.

Continuation of Partnership. The General Partner and the Limited Partners hereby agree to continue the Partnership as a limited partnership pursuant to the provisions of the Act and upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein in this Agreement to the contrary, the rights and obligations of the Partners and the administration and termination of the Partnership shall be governed by the Act. The No Partner has any interest in any Partnership property, and the Partnership Interest of each Partner shall be personal property for all purposes.
