Continuation of Performance. Except where such area of performance is the subject of dispute, each Party shall continue to perform its respective obligations under this Agreement while any dispute is being resolved in accordance with this Section 13.2 unless and until such obligations are terminated or expire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
