Common use of Continuation of Performance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Performance. Pending the final decision of the arbitrators, the Parties agree, subject to Section 15.2, to diligently proceed with the performance of all obligations, including the payment of all sums required by this Agreement. Payment of any interest shall be as determined by the arbitrator.

Continuation of Performance. Payment of any interest Interest shall accrue at the Interest Rate and shall be as determined by the arbitratorcompounded daily on all overpayments and underpayments which occur pending resolution of a controversy, claim or dispute.
