Common use of Continuation of Policy Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Policy. In an effort to ensure that all full-time, non-sworn City employees are able to spend time with their families during the holidays and to avoid scheduling conflicts among employees, the City Council has authorized the continued implementation of this practice going forward until such time as Council might take action in the alternative.
