Common use of Continuation of Representation and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Representation and Warranties. All representations and warranties made under this Agreement shall be deemed to be made at and as of the date hereof and at and as of the date of any future advance under any Loan (except insofar as such representations and warranties relate expressly to an earlier date, and except for the representations and warranties in Section 6. D and H, which shall be deemed to be made solely on the date of this Agreement).
