Common use of Continuation of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties made by the Company contained in Article 5 shall be true and correct on and as of such borrowing date with the same effect as if made on and as of such borrowing date (except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly refer to an earlier date, in which case they shall be true and correct as of such earlier date). 4.3.4
