Common use of Continuation of Representations Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Representations. The Loan Parties make the representations and warranties in this Section 5 on the Fourth Restatement EffectiveSecond Amendment Closing Date and each date thereafter on which a Loan is made (other than pursuant to Section 2.5.6) or a Letter of Credit is issued as provided in and subject to Sections 2 and 6.

Continuation of Representations. The Loan Parties make the representations and warranties in this Section 5 on the Fourth Restatement EffectiveSecond Amendment Closing Effective Date and each date thereafter on which a Loan is made (other than pursuant to Section 2.5.6) or a Letter of Credit is issued as provided in and subject to Sections 2 and 6.. 103
