Common use of Continuation of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Security Interest. Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement or of Lender’s commitments to extend Loans hereunder, until all Obligations, contingent or otherwise, have been fully repaid and performed, Lender shall retain its security interest in all presently owned and hereafter arising or acquired Collateral, and Borrower shall continue to immediately deliver to Lender, in kind, all collections received respecting the Accounts and other Collateral.
