Common use of Continuation of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Security Interest. Borrowers agree and confirm that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to release, cancel, terminate or otherwise adversely affect all or any part of any Lien or other encumbrance granted with respect to the loans under the Existing Loan Agreement and such security shall continue to secure the Liabilities.
