Continuation of Services and Obligations Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, Provider shall continue to provide the Services during any dispute resolution proceedings (whether informal or formal) and Recipient will continue to perform its obligations (including the making of all payments which are not the subject of a good faith dispute to Provider) in accordance with this Agreement.
