The Trust heretofore created and continued hereby was formerly named “MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust”, and was renamed “BA Credit Card Trust” effective as of June 10, 2006, under which name the Owner Trustee or the Beneficiary may conduct any activities and business of the Trust contemplated hereby, execute contracts and other instruments on behalf of the Trust and xxx and be sued on behalf of the Trust.
