Continued access to technology. Should either PARTY elect not to renew the AGREEMENT as provided in article 16.3 hereabove, then the canceling PARTY shall offer the other PARTY the right to continue buying the technology and components necessary to build the LBS for a period of at least 3 years from the date of termination of this AGREEMENT at the lowest price previously offered to any customer of the canceling PARTY.
