Continued Compliance With the Loan Documents. Notwithstanding this Amendment, Borrower will continue to perform and comply strictly with each and every provision of the Loan Documents, except for the Existing Defaults, which have been waived by the Bank pursuant to this Amendment (upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Article 5 hereof).
