Continued Effect. I agree and understand that any change or changes in my position, duties, salary, compensation or other terms and conditions of employment with the Company will in no manner affect the validity, enforceability or scope of this Agreement, and that I am entering into this Agreement in consideration for my employment with the Company, which employment includes any such changes that may occur after the date hereof.
