Common use of Continued Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 of this Indenture, each Guarantor further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 510 of this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwiseCompany.

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 of this Indenture11 hereof, each the Additional Guarantor further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Subject to Section 1611 510 of this Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwiseCompany.

Subject to Section 1611 510 of this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwiseCompany.

Subject to Section 1611 2.08 of this Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Subject to Section 1611 510 of this Tenth Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwiseCompany.

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 and Section 1612 of this Indenture, each Guarantor further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored returned by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 of this Indenture11 hereof, each Additional Guarantor further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Continued Effectiveness. Subject to Section 1611 510 of this Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor of the Guarantors further agrees that its Guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of or interest on any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Trustee or any Holder of the Securities upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwiseCompany.
