Common use of Continued Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Continued Enforceability. The enforceability of this Plan is not affected by statutory amendments, changes in the firms of governments of the Parties, or changes in the elected officials of the Parties. This Plan shall be construed to be binding upon the Parties’ respective successors, agents and employees.
