Common use of Continued Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continued Executive Benefits. Executive will receive Company-paid coverage during the twelve (12) month period following such termination for Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents under the Company’s Benefit Plans.

Continued Executive Benefits. Executive will receive Company-paid coverage during the twelve six (126) month period following such termination for Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents under the Company’s Benefit Plans.
