Common use of Continued Healthcare Subsidy Clause in Contracts

Continued Healthcare Subsidy. The Company shall pay Executive an amount equal to the premiums for healthcare continuation coverage under COBRA that Executive otherwise would pay if Executive paid for such premiums for a period of 12 months following Executive’s Termination Date. Such amount shall be payable in a single cash lump sum on the first payroll date following the date the Release of Claims becomes effective and irrevocable.
