Common use of Continued Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Continued Indemnity. The indemnity and hold harmless provisions of Article Twelve shall survive the termination of an interest in the Development of any Owner or Transferee and shall continue to be a personal obligation of such party, notwithstanding the termination of this Regulatory Agreement or a Transfer or assignment of any interest in the Development of such Owner or Transferee.
