Common use of Continued Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Continued Indemnity. After the retiring or removed Collateral Agent’sAgent’s resignation, the provisions of this Article and the indemnity provisions of this Agreement and other Loan Documents shall continue in effect for the benefit of such retiring or removed Collateral Agent, its sub-agents, and their respective employees and agents respecting any actions taken or omitted to be taken by any of them while the retiring or removed Collateral Agent was acting as Collateral Agent.
