Continued Operations Requirement. The Lead Participant will maintain Continuous Business Operations in the State until at least June 30, 2024, and will comply with the Nevada Residency Requirement throughout the remaining term of this Agreement in any operations at the Project Site continuing from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2034.
