Continued Performance by Producers. With respect to each Dedicated Properties Owner Acknowledgement Agreement, Producers shall continue to be obligated to perform and pay their obligations under this Agreement as if the sale, transfer or other disposition of the Dedicated Properties (or any interest therein) acquired by the Person who is a party to such Dedicated Properties Owner Acknowledgement Agreement had not occurred.
