Continued Performance During Dispute Resolution. While any dispute is ongoing, each Party shall continue performing its obligations under this Agreement that are not the subject of the dispute.

Continued Performance During Dispute Resolution. While any dispute is ongoing Except as otherwise directed by the other Party, each Party shall continue performing its obligations under this Agreement that are while a Dispute is being resolved except (and then only) to the extent the issue in Dispute precludes performance (a dispute over payment shall not the subject of the disputebe deemed to preclude performance) and without limiting either Party’s right to terminate this Agreement.
