Continued performance of the agreement. Despite the existence of a Dispute, the Parties must continue to perform their respective obligations under the agreement, except where there is a non-payment event by XL for a period more than 60 days the Supplier shall, unless the non-payment is due to a Dispute to which the non-payment relates, have a right to suspend the Services until such non-payment is remedied.
