Continued rights of actions or remedies of the Council. The exercise by the Council of its rights under Clause 12.1 (Rights reserved for the Council in relation to an Event of Default) (above) shall be without prejudice to any other right of action or remedy of the Council in respect of any breach by the Grant Recipient of the terms of this Agreement.
