Common use of Continued Sales Clause in Contracts

Continued Sales. For a period of [**] after the effective date of termination of this Agreement, other than termination by Licensor pursuant to Section 9.2, if such termination occurs after Regulatory Approval of a Licensed Product, Licensee and its Affiliates shall be entitled to sell any of the Licensed Products remaining in inventory in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to the extent such Licensed Products were being sold at the time of termination, provided that such sales and related activities shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the royalty and milestone provisions of this Agreement.
