Continued Supply. The Seller undertakes to supply the Items, including spare parts and repair services for the Items to CMC and CMC’s for so long as any aircraft fitted with the Items is in service anywhere in the world, at fair and reasonable prices to be agreed upon by the Parties at the time of such request.
