Continued validity of the Licence. A withdrawing Party shall promptly join in all governmental procedural actions required by law to ensure the Licence remains in full force and effect after such Party's withdrawal, provided that its participation in such action shall not cause it to incur after the date on which notice of withdrawal shall have been given any financial obligations except as provided in this Article 10.
