Continuing Accuracy. All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the date on which all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied.

All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Mortgage shall be true through and until the date on which this Mortgage is canceled and released by Mortgagee, and Mortgagor shall promptly notify Mortgagee of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties untrue or misleading.
