Common use of Continuing Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Continuing Accuracy. All of the representations and warranties contained in this article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the Obligations are fully satisfied, and Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties untrue or misleading.

Continuing Accuracy. All of the representations and warranties contained in this article Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the Obligations date on which all obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied, and the Borrower shall promptly notify Lender the Agent of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties untrue or misleading.
