CONTINUING BENEFITS OF THE RETURNING EMPLOYEE. 19.01 An Employee granted leave of absence who returns to on-duty status is entitled to previous benefit and credit entitlements subject to the terms of this Collective Agreement. 19.02 An Employee, on loan to another agency for teaching duties, who returns to on-duty status is entitled to previous benefit and credit entitlements subject to the terms of this Collective Agreement. 19.03 A teacher who transfers from a teaching position under the Federation to a non-teaching position, which falls under the Nunavut Employees’ Union, ceases to enjoy benefits of this Collective Agreement.
