CONTINUING BENEFITS OF THE RETURNING EMPLOYEE. An employee granted leave of absence who returns to on-duty status is entitled to previous benefit and credit entitlements subject to the terms of this Collective Agreement.

An employee, on loan to another agency for teaching duties, who returns to on-duty status is entitled to previous benefit and credit entitlements subject to the terms of this Collective Agreement.
