Common use of Continuing Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuing Benefits. In the event that the Executive's employment is terminated other than for "Cause" (as defined in Section 5.1 below) the Company shall continue to provide to the Executive, for a period of two years following such termination, health and dental insurance substantially similar to that in effect at the time of such termination.
