Common use of Continuing Compliance Clause in Contracts

Continuing Compliance. Throughout the term of this Lease, Lessee shall, at its own cost and expense, promptly and diligently observe and comply with: (i) all Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, those relating to environmental matters) and the requirements of any fire insurance rating organization and all insurance companies writing policies covering the Premises or any part or parts thereof; (ii) all applicable rules and regulations of the Port pertaining to the building or other realty of which the Premises are a part now in existence or hereafter promulgated for the general safety and convenience of the Port, its various tenants, invitees, licensees and the general public; and (iii) all permits, licenses, franchises and other authorizations required for Lessee’s use of the Premises or any part thereof. Lessee shall comply with each of these whether or not they are now in force or at any time in the future may be passed, enacted, or directed.

Continuing Compliance. Throughout the term of this LeaseTerm, Lessee shall, at its own cost and expense, promptly and diligently observe and comply with: (i) all Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, those relating to environmental matters) and the requirements of any fire insurance rating organization and all insurance companies writing policies covering the Premises or any part or parts thereof; (ii) all applicable rules and regulations of the Port pertaining to the building Buildings or other realty of which the Premises are a part now in existence or hereafter promulgated for the general safety and convenience of the Port, its various tenants, invitees, licensees and the general public; and (iii) all permits, licenses, franchises and other authorizations required for Lessee’s use of the Premises or any part thereof. Lessee shall comply with each of these whether or not they are now in force or at any time in the future may be passed, enacted, or directed.

Lessee shall comply with each of these whether or not they are now in force or at any time in the future may be passed, enacted, or directed.

Continuing Compliance. Lessee shall comply with each of these whether or not they are now in force or at any time in the future may be passed, enacted, or directed.
