Common use of Continuing Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 30, 2017, with the Sellers (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) and it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreementconfidentiality agreement, dated as of November 30October 8, 20172018, with the Sellers Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) ), and it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives, in each case in accordance with the terms thereof.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 3023, 20172022, with the Sellers Barbeque Integrated, Inc. (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) and that it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s authorized representatives.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 30August 7, 20172020, with by and between the Sellers Purchaser and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) ), and it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 30September 21, 2017, with the Sellers Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) in accordance with its terms and it conditions and, to the extent provided therein, the Purchaser shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 30May 1, 20172018, as amended, with the Sellers Companies (the “"Confidentiality Agreement”") and it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives's representatives or financing sources.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 3021, 20172019, with the Sellers Duff & Pxxxxx Securities, LLC (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) and that it shall be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representativesRepresentatives.

Continuing Confidentiality. The Purchaser shall will remain bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of November 30August 14, 20172015, with the Sellers Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) in accordance with its respective terms and it shall will be responsible for any breaches of the Confidentiality Agreement by any of the Purchaser’s representatives.
