Common use of Continuing Disclosure Agreements Clause in Contracts

Continuing Disclosure Agreements. The Continuing Disclosure Agreement of Issuer and the Continuing Disclosure Agreement of Developer shall have been executed by the parties thereto in substantially the forms attached to the Limited Offering Memorandum as Appendix E-1 and Appendix E-2.
