Common use of Continuing Duty to Complete Work Clause in Contracts

Continuing Duty to Complete Work. The parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach an agreement, but in no case, except with Owner's prior written consent, shall any of the Work be halted pending such agreement, whether or not the Claim can be resolved to Contractor's satisfaction, and Contractor shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Contract to prosecute the Work without delay to its successful completion.
