Common use of Continuing Effect of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment No. 3, all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect and shall govern the actions of the parties under this Amendment No. 3. From and after the date of this Amendment No. 3, whenever the term “Agreement” or “Contract” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment No. 3.

Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment No. 32, all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect and shall govern the actions of the parties under this Amendment No. 32. From and after the date of this Amendment No. 32, whenever the term “Agreement” or “Contract” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment No. 32.

Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment No. 38, all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect and shall govern the actions of the parties under this Amendment No. 38. From and after the date of this Amendment No. 38, whenever the term “Agreement” or “Contract” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment No. 38.

Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment No. 3Third Amendment, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and shall govern the actions of the parties under this Amendment No. 3effect. From and after the date of this Amendment No. 3Amendment, whenever the term “Agreement” or “Contract” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement as and Amendments amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment, and this Amendment No. 3Third Amendment.
