Common use of Continuing Effect of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effect of Representations and Warranties. All representations and warranties contained in this Lease and the other Lease Documents shall constitute continuing representations and warranties which shall remain true, correct and complete throughout the Term. Notwithstanding the provisions of the foregoing sentence but without derogation from any other terms and provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, those terms and provisions containing covenants to be performed or conditions to be satisfied on the part of the Lessee, the representations and warranties contained in Sections 10.1.6, 10.1.7, 10.1.10, 10.1.14, 10.1.19, 10.1.20, 10.1.21, 10.1.22, 10.1.28, and in the second sentence of Section 10.1.12, shall not constitute continuing representations and warranties throughout the Term.
