Common use of Continuing Effect of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effect of the Agreement. Except as specifically set forth herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be waived, modified, superseded or otherwise affected by this Amendment. This Amendment is not to be construed as a release, waiver or modification of any of the terms, representations, warranties, covenants, rights or remedies set forth in the Agreement, except as specifically set forth herein.

Continuing Effect of the Agreement. This Amendment shall not constitute an amendment of any other provision of the Agreement not expressly referred to herein. Continuing Effect of the Agreement. Except as specifically set forth hereinexpressly provided in this Amendment, the Agreement shall will remain unchanged and in full force and effect; provided, however, nothing contained in the Agreement will have the effect and shall not be waivedof preventing or limiting, modifiedin any way, superseded or otherwise affected by the terms of this Amendment. This Furthermore, if any conflict arises between the terms of this Amendment is not to be construed as a release, waiver or modification and the terms of any of the terms, representations, warranties, covenants, rights or remedies set forth in the Agreement, except this Amendment will govern as specifically set forth hereinto the conflicting terms.
