Continuing Effectiveness of Agreement. Except as specifically modified herein, the terms of the Credit Documents shall remain in full force and effect. The execution, delivery, and effectiveness of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any right, power, or remedy of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, or the Lenders under the Credit Documents, or constitute a waiver or amendment of any provision of the Credit Documents, except as expressly set forth herein. This Agreement shall constitute a Credit Document.
