Common use of Continuing Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Continuing Encumbrances. Subject to Clause 16 (Discharge of Encumbrances), the Charges are continuing Encumbrances and will extend to the ultimate balance of the Obligations, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part.
