Common use of Continuing Enforceability of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Continuing Enforceability of Loan Documents. The terms and conditions of each presently existing Loan Document shall remain in full force and effect and the transactions contemplated in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents executed concurrently herewith shall not be construed as a novation, waiver or release of the repayment or performance of any indebtedness, obligation or liability of any Obligor arising under any Loan Document, as such may have been modified, amended, restated and renewed from time to time.
