Common use of Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty. This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty and shall remain in effect until all of the Guarantied Obligations shall have been indefeasibly paid in full and the Commitments shall have terminated. Each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives any right to revoke this Guaranty as to future transactions giving rise to any Guarantied Obligations. No failure or delay on the part of any Guaranteed Party in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
