Common use of Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty. This Company Guaranty is a continuing guaranty and shall remain in effect until all of the Guarantied Obligations shall have been indefeasibly paid in full and the Commitments shall have terminated. The Company hereby irrevocably waives any right to revoke this Company Guaranty as to future transactions giving rise to any Guarantied Obligations.
