Continuing Jurisdiction and Exclusive Venue. Each of the Parties, each Settlement Class Member, and each of the Releasing Parties hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Court for any suit, action, proceeding, case, controversy, or dispute arising from or related to this Agreement and/or Exhibits hereto and the negotiation, performance, or breach of same.
