Common use of CONTINUING LESSEE LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

CONTINUING LESSEE LIABILITY. Any subletting or assignment hereunder shall not release or discharge Lessee of or from any liability, whether past, present or future, under this Lease, and Lessee shall continue fully liable thereunder. The subtenant or subtenants or assignee shall agree in a form satisfactory to Lessor to comply with and be bound by all of the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease to the extent of the space sublet or assigned, and Lessee shall deliver to Lessor promptly after execution an executed copy of each such sublease or assignment and an agreement of compliance by each such subtenant or assignee. Consent by Lessor to any assignment of this Lease or to any subletting of the Premises shall not be a waiver of Lessor's rights under this Article 10 as to any subsequent assignment or subletting.
