Continuing Liabilities. Subject to due notification thereof by the Agent where the Shares are registered in the Agent’s name (or that of its nominee) in accordance with the terms of this Charge, it is expressly agreed that the Chargor shall remain liable to observe and perform all of the conditions and obligations attaching to any of the Shares including the payment of any sum due in respect of the Shares.
